sorry another newby question....i'm in tryton and i've found the room that tells says you are at the seventh. two questins what specific item do you need in the "middle" of the room and after i use the petel thingy's it just says i feel "lighter" what doas that mean and how do i continue...thanks

Fuzzfaz has the other ingredient needed for this quest. Ask him about the seventh bough. Even if you don't ask, he has the item in his inventory for sale.

Hint: you drink this "mysterious" item.
