"Wizardry8 Sucks"

Posted by Guy who goes through Coma's (Guest) on May-31-02 at 04:51 AM
Dear all fans of Wizardry 8,

First I like to say, whenever I 'SEE' someone playing Wizardry 8 .. I lapse into a Coma. When I dream of Wizardry 8, I feel like killing myself in the morning when I wake up.
You Wizardry8 Fanatics need help.. seriously. Visit the Psycho Institution - www.arseonfire.com
At least it's better than you sad people.

Goodbye, and do not enter my life in any medium for as long as you exist.
On the morrow of my return, I hope you all shall come to avail.

- .. (the guy who thinks wizardry 8 sucks)

P.S. Wizardry8 Sucks.

Your petty little opinion has been noted.

While an opinion is a valid point of view it is better when backed up by facts.

You state "Wizardry6 sucks" but give no constructive criticism as as to what makes it do so to you.

You state that we the fans of Wizardry8 are crazy. Here you might have a point. Anyone that is will ing to wait ten years for a game could be considered to be a little meshugginah but it did come out so out fauth was justified.

Remember, we are here and won't go away unless YOU choose to make it that way by having absolutely no further contact with us. Personally, that is your loss but that is MY opinion. We have not forced ourselves on you, YOU wrote to us and that shows a secret desire to be one of us even in a negative manner.

Avatar's response was worth it just for the use of the word meshugginah. Great word.

Thanks Rick, you and Marc run an outstanding board Its the main reason I enjoy hanging out here and occasionally putting my oar in. You allow controversey but not pointless flaming and for THAT if nothing else you get MAXX points for good moderation in my book.

Ya! Kudos to Marc and Chris (or the guys that run this board) and Thanks too! Thank god this is a free world and it is OK to have an opinion. Well... In my humble opinion... Wiz 8 ROCKS!!!
Oh Ya,,, also Wiz 6 and 7. There isn't time enough in the day to play Wiz enough. And by the way, the banned guy should get together with the woman that divorced the Wiz fan,,, Ha, Ha.
Have a nice day.

It was a guy that was divorcing the Wiz Fan ... still, as punishment for both of them, they should get together (the banned guy and the guy doing the divorcing )

p.s. BTW, it is Marc and Rick (the board admins, not the two guys referenced above )

Thanks Llevram:
I'll get the names correct eventually. Your board is a realy great help to me as I only have a few hours a week to play.
Have a nice day.

Never know, he might be one of those people that has to share his system with the wife and kiddies. Ya' know schoolwork, she wants to do something on it, the "honeydew" requests when he sits down to play... Things like that.

"Well sure, there is that ..."
Posted by Llevram on Jun-06-02 at 04:42 PM
But "honeydews" usually cease around 10 p.m. or so ... that leaves a good 4 hours (plus) before you need to go look at the bed, get ready and head off to work

Oh my God you must have some bandwidth to burn if you're rambling on like that.
