Ok, I found this BIG 250 kg. silver nugget right at the entrance of the t'rangs in matens bluff, when you finish the with the mines.

It is worth alot of money to Anna, about 38,000 gold, but what is it for?

Is there a quest or door or something I need it for, because I am tired of lugging it around it keeps my characters in green on the load and gives them a negative.

Please tell me if anyone found a use for it besides selling it?

The silver nugget is one of the components that Ferro needs to create a custom piece of armor.

You'll want it later for some pretty good armor that will be made in the Rapax Castle.

You can just drop it anywhere and come back later when you need it and pick it up (assuming you remember where you dropped it).

What I did was just sell it to helli, for 40,000 needed the money and let her hold on to it for me until I get to the rappax castle part then I will buy it back or try to steel it....lol

Items sold to NPCs will not stay in their inventory forever (unlike items you just leave laying around).

Are you sure about that, I think quest items like things ask for by other npcs stay with the shop keeper indefinately, i.g. all the parts of the animals like the wasps wings and the venom sacks, if you sell them to a shop keeper they seem to always still have them in there inventory, every time I go back to them.

Also I saved it before I sold the nugget and that was day 14 and now its day 18 and she still has it in her invetory along with all the other quest items i sold her.

Just letting you know. but if its gone then I will have to go back....lol

But I do check her often and she still has it...hmmm.
