I dumped Vi in Arnika since she won't go to Rapax Rift. I went back to get her an now she's gone. I think she's in the Phoonzang statue ( at least someone is). How do I get her back/out?

There was patch released a long while back to take care of that. If you have version 1.2.4, then you should have the latest patches. Next step would be tech support.
