So, has anyone figured out how to get into that grate in the mine tunnels? The one just after the Trang outpost, right next to where you get the silent lyre.
It's been driving us crazy trying to figure it out

It is one of the exits to the wrong routes (wrong being the ones that do not take you to loower martens bluff).
