Add some ice, a little tonic (holy) water, throw in the Djinn, shake well and drink . An excellent drink to cool a person off.Seriously be sure that You have Magic screen in place along with Enchanted Blade and Armorplate. Use an Eye for and eye potion of locket of reflect ion cast Bless, Element Shield, and Soul Shielf if you have these spells. Djinn are vulnerable to Holy Water, Banish, and Turn Undead. Close with it and have your fighters pound the holy crap out of it. Get as many protective spells up as you can in the first round then close with and fight non-magically. Little secret by the time you get your most awesome offensive spells you will find that most of the creatures are magic users and can bounce them right back at you.

... but four little things:1.) Melee is much more useful (having fighters, Lords, Valks or classes like that in your party)
2.) To get into close combat easily, use the "surprise monsters" - tactic: Start the combat by clicking the sword icon in the bottom-bar before you see the monsters. Select "run" and head for the rocks near the monsters. The combat ends if the Djinn aren't in view, so repeat it and run into close combat range. In the next round you can start slaying the beasts without being attacked whilst engaging.
3.) Ignore the demon, he's doing you no harm (if your element shield is up)
4.) Be lucky!

Before combat I casted Enchanted Blade and used an armorplate scroll... During the first round I casted Bless, Haste and Razor Cloak on the frontman... Then I started melee-ing, healing, and sustained the razor cloak on the frontmen... And now he is no more...Sparkle kicked it... but I was so kind to give her her life back... She's so sweet...

Don't believe me do a mindread on the nartender in the club. From the spells you cast for party buffing your pary cocsists of
mage psionic alchemist rogue 2 fighters Vi and Sparkle.
Remember RPC's won't go everywhere (with the exception of RFS-81, the only place he can't go is the Rapax away camp and that's because you need both RPC slots open to do the alliance quest.)

I'm almost certain RFS-81 won't go into the Sea Caves either. Androids are not known for swimming

He doesn't worry about swimming, he just sinks to the bottom and walsk right along. The only place he won't go is the Rapax Away Camp. Tools for Wizardry(r) 7
