I'm supposed to meet up with a T'rang operative in the Umpani base. Where is this guy? Be specific if you can, I've looked around pretty well. The only thing i can think of is that I turned in the umpani traitor and that that was the trang spy.

The T'rang spy is the same guy you turned in. He is in charge of the commisary. His name escapes me off the top of my head, but he does run the commisary.
