I posted a few weeks back about not being able to find the stairway at ascension peak and i've read the reply to my post and other posts on the topic and i STILL can't find the thing anywhere.
I got so angry that I quit playing for weeks and weeks
I'm not sure that i recall exactly where I battled the Rapax Prince and everyone's directions seem to involve starting there.
Is it possible that there's a glitch, or have I done something wrong that the stair didn't appear?
It's maddening!
Can anyone give me exact directions to the stair from that center circle with all the statues and paths leading from it?

The path from the Rapax Prince battle to the stairs (there are only two ways to go), so I will go from the center circle to his battle.

From the center, with the three statues, head towards the green gate (one is greenish, one reddish, one ...? blue?). Take that path, follow it to the big clearing, that is just over a rise. That is the spot of the battle. Take the path to the right.

Go down the path with the Trynnie statues. At the first big clearing there are two exits -- you want the one to the right. If you hug the right wall from the time you enter that path you will find the correct area.

Another big help is casting X-ray (or using your gadget for it) so you can see where the last of the red dots are and which areas you haven't explored fully yet.

Then back to the statues. Look at the fountain with the three statues. Follow where the Trynnie statue is pointing (northwest). Note that part of this way is also the way to the dumping point for the Destinae Dominus. But if you've gone back to that dumping point (the temple), then you've gone too far. The Rapax Prince battle was at the first large clearing you reach following this path. In this clearing, look at your map, and take an eastern path. Once again, if you end up at the place where you dumped off the Destinae Dominus, you took the wrong path. There was a branch off. If you've placed all three items, then by the time you reach the stairway, something should happen. If you haven't placed all three items, nothing happens, and you can't climb the stairway anyways.
