I am in the Rapax courtyard, and i am not sure what to do. There is a door, asking for a specific item, but I don't know what they need.

Look for the area where the earth shook. It should be to the left of that door as you face it and there's a lava flow right by it. Move your mouse around the timbers until it turns into a hand and be careful where you stand.
