I am stuck in the level with the king and queens quarters. I fell through from the prince's room. I have the kings apartment key and the porticulus key am I missing something? They are two doors and a black mirror portal in the queens room that I can't open. What do you use to open them and how can I get out of this section to get back to the rest of the castle without using the portal to get out.

In the Kings quarters and you should find a way out (aside from portals - though there is one there as well)

You can find Queens deposit at Queens room,use deposit at Kings room then get Queens key. You can use Kings apartment key on the key hole of wall at Kings room.
