During a huge battle in the main room, someone named Ferro kept attacking and being attacked. I didn't have a chance to save him, cause I couldn't even see him. Is this the infamous Ferro? Doesn't he have the rumored mega-gold-requiring items? If it was him and there is no way to bring him back, what cool items does he have that I can't find in the game? If I start over way back before the battle, how do I prevent him from fighting and getting killed. Also Al-Sedexus told me to talk to the Templars, which I assume are the guys guarding the rooms upstairs on the main level, but when I tell them that she sent me, they give me the usual "you send yourself" line. Am I all messed up?

Yes, Ferro would be *that* Ferro. You would probably rather have him around and there is no way to resurrect dead NPCs/RPCs outside your party.

To prevent further injury, don't get in any fights around him, unless you can get to him and heal/protect him.

As for the Templar guards, talk to the other one. He should tell you to go in and talk to Al-Adryian (who is who will send you).
