One freebie from the temple pool. Lord Braffit will sell you stuff to do it yourself. That pook cure ALL conditions except death but it is a one time only.

Forget Braffit. Use the water in the fountain outside with the statue of Phoonzang. It is slow at 1HP per touch but it is never ending replenishment for all party members.

If the only thing you need is HP replentishment, then camp for God's sake!! At 1 HP per touch, it could take a while to heal all the way.
