At each temple someone asks you about each artifact, like what is the astral dominae for? What are the answers?

At some point it was mentioned what each artifact stood for -- that is the information Altheides is looking for. He then asks you a second question related to people in the game.

For the answers to the first question, highlight here: "AD - Life, CM - Change, DD - Knowledge."

For the answers to the second question, highlight here: "AD - Phoonzang,CM - Dark Savant,DD - Man."

I -might- have the order reversed on the AD and CM answers for the 2nd question but it should be obvious from the question who Altheides is asking about. To me the hardest question of all those was the 2nd question for the DD.
