odd, i dont think he dropped that for me...i guess you pound it on a table while giving major speeches or something. (realizes only 5% of the ppl here will get that)

I'm not sure if this peculiar item can actually be used anywhere in the game, but it seems to me that it's a "nostalgia" item carried over from Wizardry 7. I remember this being an item in Wizardry 7 that didn't make it into the final release, but could be edited in if you changed the hex value of an item. I guess it's some kind of obscure inside joke
