Hey guys... i can't seems to find the drunk constable anymore... any idea which level he is on? i saw him once and he told me to bugger off.... so i did...
any detailed directions??

He's in the cellar right down the hall from the common room with all of the drunk and intoxicated rapax in it.

Allows you to get into the safe in the constable's office, naturally.There are three deposit slips in there that you can use upstairs in the king's apartment to retrieve some nice treasure items.
