I've been through the entire island of Bajin and all of the sea caves (I think). I've never encountered a creature named Nessie. Where is this creature?

... at the place where those two paths (really junction of 3 paths: Bayjin, Umpani water caves and see caves) cross.

i just killed it last night. get ready for a loooooooooooooooong fight. this is one of those monsters with a 5 second pain animation that you have to watch every freaking time you hit it. with 800hp and my group having over 40 attacks per round (2 martial artists..24 attacks)....*sigh*.
