I've aligned the Umpani and the T'Rang, but how do I shoot down the Black Ship that the Dark Savant rides in from Mt. Gigas? The computer keeps asking for a password, and I don't ever recall being told one.

You simply place the tracking unit given to you by Z'ant on the first missle, and everything else happens automatically.

Make sure you go to the computer right beside the missile. Don't bother with any of the other computers in the Umpani area.
