I've stolen weapon from Antone, as I remember it is called faust-axe. It seems to be great but to one thing -3HP. I wonder, is it possible to use it - you can save only 2HP with 2 amulets of healing, is there any way to save one more HP?

Lords actually can never lose HP... equip as much -HP stuff as you want, and it will never do damage. There are armors, etc., that provide HP regen, as well as the Amulets of Healing.
