How do I aquire these two fine items? The CofC drops from the Don rarely right? I am playing a solo fairy ninja, what is the best way
to kill the don, and what lvl should I be to attempt it?

the Canezou dagger I know nothing about, I just know I want it >)

Pretty sure that the Don always has the CoC (save before, just in case anyway) and you should be able to get it off him by killing him (and get the AD too). Right click on him before you start fighting and find out his level, resistances etc... You should try him when you are about 1 level below him, cos you also have to fight the other guy who is always in the room.
Canezou dagger is gotten when you become a templar; thats the only way.

You can kill Milano, then go into the DOn's room and kill him alone (or with a few canned elementals).

I have fought the Don 4 times (not counting my first "no chance just curious" fight). All teams were level 11-13 with 2 NPC's. All teams used Haste (3 bottles per fight), enchanted blade, stamina spells and drinks, and Mystic Spears. Only one player died, total, in all 4 battles. One team used turncoat powder on Milano very effectively.

The 3 teams with a fairy ninja got the Cane on the first try. The team without a FN did not get the Cane. Just lucky? Maybe. But the fairy with the Cane does 35-70 damage PER BLOW. Your solo FN needs the Cane.

I was level 11 with my new party when I fought the Don. From all the posts I expected a BIG fight. But guess what? My level 11 samurai landed a critical hit in the very fist attack in the very first round. And this was without any kind of cheating.

Thanks for the info guys, right now I am in the monastary trying to get my skills up so that I can get to the Don. It is tedious but I know in the long run it will be fun. CofC will be mine!
