After finishing Don Barlone and getting the Astral Dominae, I went back to Fuzzface's place and restocked, then went to the swamp so I could meet the DS and get the fake AD for the switch in Arnika. I didn't meet DS, I met some of his berserkers who claimed I had the AD and they wanted it. After wandering thw swamp for a while without the DS showing up I went to Marten's Bluff where Z'ant congratulates me on getting the AD. I walked back to Arnika where HeLi squeals "You've got the AD !!!" So, since everybody knows I have it. I'm not going to meet the DS and get the fake AD and pull the switch.

Someone mentioned that there is a "magic live" spot in the "magic dead" room where the Chaos Moleri is kept. If it is there I can't find it, so I can't portal out. How can I leave without pissing off the Mook?

I swap the Real Astral Dominae for the Real Chaos Moleri. Screg is happy, the guards are happy and the AD is in a safe place until I need it. Maybe I'll meet the DS in the swamp, give him my best dumb look and he'll drop the fake AD so I can swap it for the real AD ...

Even though everyone else knows you have the AD the DS is somehow oblivious when/if you meet him and he will still drop the fake one. Search around the swamp especially around the toxic gas and you should meet up with him eventually, but I found no consequences to getting hostile with the mook as long as you get the umpani alliance acceptance letter first. So it really doesnt matter except maybe for your own peace of mind of being on good teams with the gentle giants.
