Arrgh!! I need to kill Al-sedexus but can't summon her with the Dark Nectar. Where is she? My lead guy is enthralled after completing the Templar Quest.

You have to go back to her temple, where you probably first met her. Outside the castle, near where you first teleport to near the courtyard, where the gargoyle (El Diablo) is (or was) above the doors.
