Is there anyone who sells light crossbows? I've been able to make two double crossbows with my Gadgeteer, but his skill is now high enough to make Triple. Unfortunately, I'm fresh out of light crossbows, and I can't seem to find any. Is there anyone that sells them? I was thinking maybe Burz or Anna, but they haven't (although perhaps I just have to be patient with them).

Anna sells them and I believe Crock does as well. You need to save just before talking to them (after waiting the 24 hours to let their inventory refresh) so that if they don't have it you can reload until they do. Just remember you'll need to carry about 300 quarrels per person using them around with you so you don't risk running out between merchants (well, unless you go off into multiple wilderness areas one after another, that is) unless you've got stockpiles of quarrels somewhere and a couple of portal spells to get to them, restock, and then return to your previous location.

For me Anna in Arnika sold some any once in a while. My current party (Lvl 12-14) got about 6 ones from her. Seems you just have to be patient.

This go round, I'm going to buy lt. cross bows any time I come across them and just save them in a chest. Then I can make them into double or triple cross bows when needed.

I forgot -- Sadok also sells Lt. Crossbows as well. I just wandered through LMB and was selling some junk and found that in his inventory.

I got a doubleshot crossbow in a bag o' goodies dropped by a rattkin goon (or sniper). Maybe they drop lt crossbows too.

Anyone tried to make double shots with the heavy crossbows? I have to doubleshot lights and two extra bows around to make trip's when I my gadget boy gets the points. That extra 10% damage with the heavies looks good...

As far as I know, it only works with the light, not heavy crossbows. In my own game, I just bought two from Anna and made a couple of Triple Shots... with some Lightning Bolts, these babies are PHAT!

Ferro Bela and Croc Occasiobally have them for sale. They are also founf (rarelt) in chests/

... and they do 10-30 damage. So firing off three of those is an insane way to pick off enemies before they come close enough to even smell ya.
