If you killed Bela in Bane, or killed Barlone in Crusaders (for example), do they come back in Wizardry 8?
Is the same true of ALL the NPCs (balbrak is another possibility)?

Are you the only one with ressurection powder (sounds almost like Viagra) and spells
Though, they are there (some, not all - the three you listed are) I have yet to figure out if they remember your deeds.

I imported a party and I still encounter all the people I killed in CODS. Just about every group says they remember me from Dominus, but that's all.
