The prisoner thats in that had the mark of death or whatever it was called. How do you get him out of the cage. There are 3 little dials to the right. Is there a combination that i have to use to set him free?

Try associating the icons of the races on the dials with their proper habitat (e.g. Rapax-Volcano).
