I've just finished the game and have a question:
I've heard that there are 8 ends, but I;ve found only 4:
3 variant what to do when you find out who the Darksavant really is and the 4-th - when you don't disactivate the bomb.
Does anyone know, how to reach the other 4 ends?

There may be different endings for not doing things. Maybe if you don't become a Templar or ignore the Umpani and T'rang? There might also be specific endings for NPCs (although I can't really think of any possibilities at the moment). I have only found 4 endings though, so that might be wishful thinking.

If you ignore the Umpani and the T'Rang, can you still blow the Savants ship out of the sky? That might lead to a different ending otherwise. Maybe not doing major stuff like that, not disarming the bomb etc, will lead to alternative ends.

Well, you can't ignore both T'rangs ans Umpani because you need their letter to get Chaos. And what about Savant's ship - it may be worth testing: Rapax king said, that if anyone tries to spoil Savant's plan he will blow the planet, but he himself and Rapax will bee save at the ship, so if not disactivate his bomb and not blowing his ship can change smth...

1 is the "bad" ending if you don't disarm the bomb.

If you disarm the bomb, you get the other 3.

Depending on who you bring with you to ascension peak, your characters and recruited, you will get different speeches from each (based on personality).

Blowing up the ship or not, aligning with the trang or umpani or both (or double-crossing them), have no bearing on the endings.
