Hmmm.... I gave the blue feather to Fuzzfas, and he said he'd make the shock bomb and to come back later for it. Afeter a couple of days I came back, but he gave me the old story about needing the feather to make the bomb. Does this guy have short term memory problems or what....? I think that guy has short term memory problems.

Is he supposd to have it, or does it show up later in the game?

You buy it off of him. Check his inventory.

It doesn't always seem to show up right off. Sometimes you have to engage in roundabout conversation, leading him on until he mentions the special item, then scroll down the inventory.

To be honest, I was very disappointed in this bomb when I finally used it. It didn't do anywhere near the damage I thought it might. So if you don't get it, it's no big loss (well, at least that was my experience of it).

Depends what you use it against. Flying monsters useless but ground based (like the Sorceress Queen and her minions) very useful indeed

I used it on Ascension Peak, against a group of nasties including Imp of the Clouds, etc. It only did about 18 damage.

AP monsters are HIGHLY resistent to spells of all kinds. Banish is the only one the works well against demons djinn and elementals. Turncost helps sometime but in general on AP you are better off with potent weapons (Light sword, ivory blade, triple crossbow with lightning bolts) than spells (earthquake, tsunami, falling stars, etc.)
