I have a male character eguiped with all three items, I pour the dark liguid on the alter, I answer Al-Sedexus's question with skin,brain and heart but she says this is not what she wants and disapears.It seems everyone on this board says this is the way to do it but it does'nt work for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

your cursor should change to a question mark. Then you click on the sacrifice (i.e. the one all dressed in canezou). If the character is not a high enough level, I think she will reject the offering. Tools for Wizardry(r) 7

Not sure if I understood right, but it sounds as if you are answering skin brain heart to her first question. She asks three questions, these are the three answers. Should be fine after this.
