Anyone know yet or willing to share their experiences with the items that transfer?

Heres what I had that transferred:
Mana stones (2 w/ 3 charges each)
Bat Necklaces (I had several for fighting with the Beast of 1000 eyes)
Instruments: Chromatic Lyre, Angels tongue, Poets lute, and Cornu of Demonspawn
Midnight Cloak
Death Stars (this kind of surprised me!)
A few scrolls: Remove Curse, Enchanted Blade, Crush
Rocket Stix & Fire Bomb
A couple odd items: Mystery Ray & Storage key (wonder what those will be used for..)
AND the everlasting Valentine Necklace

Anybody else found anything iteresting that has transferred or any comments on what I found?

The Mystery Ray is a normal damaging weapon now--it hits things other than Savant Androids...hehehe.

Other things that transfer:
Non-magical stuff. I think. My solleret transferred, that's for sure.

were my great bows and a few peacemakers
my armor and light swords did not

everyone seemed to get basic ninja garb since they were all ninjas.... and some schruken

All spoilers are getting cut-and-pasted into my WizSpoilers.txt file. When I get the game I'm getting a running start.

Would only one transfer at a time, or did they all transfer at once in a single Bards inventory?

What I mean is, how many items can a character transfer at one time???

Multiple items transfer. It checks your inventory, so no hiding instruments.

All the items I listed that transferred - all transferred at the same time.

one thing I found out about getting max arrows, schruken and impailing stones into wiz 8 is to have each party member bring over two bunches of each into the import....I wound up with 60 peacemakers, 100+ impailing stones(pretty good for omni gun) and 100+ schruken. As far as having everyone carry over a great bow, that is what they all wind up being equipped with with no other weapons except for the monk.....I'm still playing around with importing though.......should've gotten wiz7edit...

The Cornu transfered? Really? Does it still cast
Astral Gate?

It sounds like no bonus super-items get through.
Wiz7 allowed at least one when importing from Bane.
