I am going to presume that you have one pf your party equipped with the three items you got in the tests. what you answer Al-Sedecus are the exact answers that you gave to each of her handmaidens to get the item in each test. Then when she asks about a sacrafice have the equipped charactor answer yes. Hope this helps
