I'm new to the game. I've got the wheel key and I know I need it to get Cierdan's weapons. But Lord Braffit won't tell me where to get the weapons. He says "you know as well as I do". Where do I get Cierdan's weapons?

Weapons are in Lower Monastery, you are to find the bridge and to push the button to get to necessary door.
