Personally I would consider ranger instead of lord. Vi will be at your service almost from the beginning and she will cover magic side of lord. And I found rangers (Mook in particular) to be very valuable members. Scouting will be helpful at the first half of the game as well.Another thing that I would consider is changing your priest into bishop. IMHO, dedicated priest class is not necessary when you have bard and priest hybrid (read Vi). Bishop's versatility will really pay off at the second half of the game while bard/mage will do the same for the first part.
But - as always - just go with classes that you want to see in action - this game can be finished pretty much with any group.
LAST EDITED ON Feb-21-02 AT 12:39 PM (Pacific)In your case, the lord is more useful, beacuse you don't have a second front line fighter. You already have 4 people who can cast magic (mage and priest) or use items to cast magic (bard and gadgeteer). You only have the figher for melee combat. A ranger would be good because you could use more help on the ranged combat front too. A rogue is a good long range and melee fighter as well.
