I hope someone will be able to tell me where can i find this helm. i need the exact location, because i tried a lot of different places.

It's reached from behind the very first locked door when you first enter the Rattkin Tree. You have to have the Key of Serenity to open that door and you get that from the Shaman after you retrieve Marten's Idol and use it on the green birthday cake altar.

Aditionally, in the room which you open up with the key of serenity, on the floor there is a trap door. click on it to go downstairs where the helm is.

He's in the Sea Caves... different ways to get there (I prefer going to Bayjin first, but a lot of people hate that place more than anywhere). Rapax are more annyoing, IMO, I absolutely detested that leg of the game.
