I sold the stuff to fix the robot - can't remember where I found it - any help please on if I can get the stuff again?

One is in an encounter near the savant tower. The other is somewhere near you find him, though I think that one may be a random instance - I have not always been able to find that one.

Llevram is right, there should be 2 instances of the substance. The one near RFS-81 should be near one of the sheds altough I cannot confirm whether the substance is always there.
