They dissapeared! I talked with hologramm, when I was in Arnika for the first time, then I begat to work for both unpani and ti-rengs, foolfiled two tasks of ti-rengs, got the letter for mooks and returned to Arnika, but hologramm doesn't appear. Maybe, smb can tell me what to do?

Try opening the door next to where the hologram appeared.

Make sure you've got the latest patch. This is a bug that was reported and fixed right after the game came out.
