"Is it worth to multi-class everyone to have 1 lvl in rogue?"

I have more or less normal party -

Dracon Samurai
Faerie Ninja
Mook Ranger
Human Bard
Elf Bishop
Hobbit Gadgeteer

All currently lvl 8 but exp enough for 10.

I was thinking about going back to lower monastery and fight some low-level monsters (like crabs) to improve FN stealth to 100. But I also thinking about idea to convert *everyone* (one char at a time) into rogue for 1 level, raise stealth (everybody on defend, trainee takes the beating, others heal him/her) and go back to their original classes.

Is it worth to essentially exchange one level on all your chars for a 100 in stealth? And how long it takes to drive stealth from 5 to 100 using method above?

When you get back to the monastery, those low level monsters will no longer be there. The game will increase the level of the monsters you fight (up to an area cap) to match the level of your party. You might find emerald slimes or even metallic slimes instead of your regular slime. You may also find hardshell crabs, instead of soft shell ones!
