Before I enter the mountain wilderness RFS-81 and Vi left my party. After completing the quests for the alliance I went to Arnika to rerecruit Vi but she wasn't where she should be(He-Li's inn). does anyone know where she is gone ? or it's a bug...

If you have not loaded any patches on your game then she is stuck in Phoonzang's statue in the middle of the fountain. If you have loaded patches then she should be where you expected her to be UNLESS when you dismissed her she had a level-up coming. In that circumstance, RPCs disappear forever (or until you send your savegame to Sir-Tech and they fix it for you). If neither of those circumstances hold true, then Vi should be there. You might try exitting and re-entering Arnika as I've discovered sometimes that helps "reset" an area.
