I freed the Umpani captive on Bayjin before I went to the Umpani base camp or Marten's Bluff. I accepted the recruiting pitch and went through the training course. I ended up with the level 1 & 2 passes. At that point I gave the Umpani dog tags to Balbrak. He sent me to Yamir who sen tme off with the Mook Alliance. I have a level 1, 2 & 5 IUF security pass. When I try to use any of them on the control panel to enter the gunnery range or special ops nothing happens. I do not get access to the wires. I can't get to Sgt. Rubble. Balbrak will not talk to me and sends me inside to talk to some "higher up". I have the T'rang arm and can't find anyone to give it to. I can't get the fake security pass from the Commissary Sgt. I can't get to the flight deck. What am I missing?

Whoa, lotsa questions...

• Giving the Mook alliance letter to the hologram in Arnika should net you a Mook acceptance letter. Take this letter to Balbrak, he should give you a Level 3 pass.
  
• This pass can be used to access the control panel.
  
• The T'Rang arm can be used twofold: to open a door in Lower Marten's Bluff and to give to Balbrak when he asks for proof that T'Rangs live in the Bluff.
  
• To get the fake pass from Kunar, you'll have to give him the password you learn from Z'Ant once you accept his 5th mission.
  
• To get to the flight deck, you'll have to ally with the T'Rang, either working for them alone or doing the double agent trick. The alliance quest (much later) nets you a real top security pass tro reach the flight deck.

One note to add: the fake pass from Kunar will NOT open the door to the general's quarters, though it will open the door to the flight deck. You need the real pass in order to get in to see the general.
