What happens if u don't deliver the note from Rattus to the bank clerk. And just kills her, will I find Rattus then.

I never bothered to deliver it. Firstly, if you do, you'll have to fight the bank clark which won't make you popular in Arnika. Secondly, you'll never find Rattus again, whatever you decide to do - so forget any prize. I think the rat is just trying to cause trouble...

Umm... I did the bank mission in two games. I never had any problems with the rest of the Arnika people afterwards. Killing the clerk and the guards nets you some gold and items, nothing more.

Rattus does disappear, however, never to be seen again.

if you get the chance pick rattus pockets and kill him the note don't seem to have a solution that dosn't louse up the mission.

Louse up what mission? As long as you have used the bankcards prior to meeting Rattus there's no mission regarding the bank that you can louse up and I've been told that even if Lorrac is dead and you haven't used the bankcards that you can open the door to that vault on your own. I always accept the mission in order to get on friendly terms with the Razuka and then I just don't do that mission - I sell the zipgun to Crock. I -did- kill Lorrac once, though, and it didn't affect my Higardi rating at all - just my rating with the Bank.
