Teleported 2 savant tower, fought some berserkers & gunners, now I can't find a way out:/

there is a pad that lets you dowen to the bottom. Then a short walk to another pad teleports you out.

Don't see anything that looks like a functioning control panel.

There's a panel with 4 buttons on it. It's to the right from where you initially teleport in.

Hint: you only have to push two of them a single time to disable the bomb, which also triggers the elevator down.

Where in the Rapax castle do i go to get to the savants tower? And what do i need to do so?

In the red carpet area in Upper Rapax Castle there's a room where there is a small keyhole in the eastern wall. You need the King's Appartment Key to open the room behind with the Teleporter in it. Move very close to the wall, until the keyhole takes your whole vision, since you have to point the key exactly into the hole - the first time I've tried it wouldn't open because I'd missed it for some pixels.
I hope you already have the King's Appartment Key, though

Yup.I have the key. Those keyholes are quite tricky at times! Thaks a bunch!!!!!!!!!!!
