Well I posted this last nite,but it seems all the posts from the past couple days got deleted or are gone.
According to the hint guide I was supposed to meet the Dark Savant in the swamp.I've made it to the mines and haven't come across him.Should I go back to find him or continue to the mines.Any help will be appreciated.Thank you in advance.

I just met him for the 1st time last night. There was a map showing where to find him on the road. I walked over that spot 3 times and he didn't show. But I was off-roading after some frogs and he popped up and yelled at me.
