I jsut entered the mines with my lvl 16 samuri and i manged to get to the andriod and recruit him. Th eproblem is, every few seconds a new group of blood suckers or tanto wasps comes along and after a while, i can't beat them bc my stamina is too low. Do them ever stop coming and is there a way around them?

The Mines are one of the areas where you will get almost continuous respawning of wasps and ants and occasional sprites. The only thing to do is keep slugging your way through them and head up the mountain every chance you get. Once you get to the top of the pass you don't have as many problems. It's only down at the base of the mountain that you have problems with the constant battles.

If you don't want to fight them because of the stamina problem your best bet is just to allow combat to start and keep walking towards the mountain as much as possible. You might have to kill a few of them to get them out of your way and you might end up having to fight several battles but that might be better than the 10-15 or so you'd fight if you kept killing them all so that more appear.
