Not that any of us may be able to diagnose or fix the problem, but maybe if we knew excatly what happens (any messages?, when does it crash - on "quit game" of the intro screen?) and what operating system (Win '95, 98, Me - no you can't "win me" )

a reinstall fixed this for me......
