If you create a warlock by a wizard then your warlock gets a Mace skill. Nevertheless, I haven't seen any mace usable by my warlock.
Q1: Is there a mace usable by a wizard -> warlock in the game?
Q2: Is it a bug?

I'm not sure, but I think Rods are considered maces sometimes. Maybe not.
