now how is this done.....when you create your characters you pick the one you want to be a pixie and instead of starting out as a pixie, you select the lizardman and keep him rollin until you are supposed to select your skills. If you look at the top of the char. sheet you see a couple of fixed stats, among them is the height and weight. Then you go back and select your pixie and you got yourself your own personal giant pixie...... lol :.)
A more more practical use of this is that you can give your pixie (or whatever) mage/priest in the back a couple of extra sorely needed HP. you do the same as above, the only change is that you make a pixie warrior, and then change him to wizard/priest.
With this little trick the first few levels will be a bit easier for your weak group members.

I thought the only way to create a 6'6" pixie was to put him on the rack...
