"Discussion: When to change classes?"

I currently have 2 Warriors, 1 Rogue, 2 Wizards, and a Priest. All of them are level 6. I have plans to change both my Warriors to Barbarians, my Priest to a Paladin, and my Wizards to Warlocks. My question is when do I make the changes? Do I continue to level 10 or 15 or more!!?? Did I wait too long? Should I change the class of all my characters at the same time or should I do one at a time advancing them a couple of levels before the next? I was wondering what other people are doing? I have a feeling that I will wait to advance my Priest and Wizards until then get all their spells, but my Warriors I can do whenever. All of your thoughts are welcome.

"My party exactly"

Well, maybe not exactly, I can guess that we have different races and genders. Here's my party:

M Hum War -> Paladin
M Whi War -> Samurai -> ?
F Elf Rog -> Ninja? -> Assassin?
F Pix Wiz -> Warlock
F Gno Wiz -> Monk? -> Warlock ?
F Elf Pri -> Warlock

I have been making my changes as soon as I was financially able and can aquire the necessary stuff. It's pretty costly to join the guild and pay the ascension fee.

I see the Warlock as an 'end' class, since you can still continue to learn from all of your previous spell books. But it seems a bit boring to have all my spell casters end up Warlocks.

I think I got everyone on their first change at or before level 6, with two exceptions: Gnome Wizard (who lack the skill points to go the Monk route and I don't want 3 Warlocks right now) and the Rogue. The only really tough one is the rogue, with no guild in the first city.

For now, I can't see the need for a Ranger or Bard. Perhaps if I find some musical stuff, my Gnome could go the Bard route, then to Warlock.

Perhaps its a bit deceiving and this may all change now that I am leaving the first area, but it all seems to easy. Once I got the Flamedrop spell with both Wizards, it seemed I could have played with just them (since the monsters are nice enough not to move much when standing in the burning flame spot )
