Since it is a review and not a preview I think it's proper to talk about this relict from old and happy C64 days...
The story takes place on Mars (surprised faces everywhere) and - what else - you have to save mankind. After forming a party in a bar or tavern you explore the first city, kill some beggars, scoundrels, thieves, filchers and headhunters, increase your skills and hack your way into the sysadmin's files (no imitators, please ) to discover the terrible truth about the Mars.
You may explore the surface and travel to other cities, find in caves even better weapons and armor and everything has a quite depressing atmosphere... sigh...
I loved this game when I re-discovered it on my C64-emulator, made it to the slime-mutants, killed them and then the game would ask to insert the game disk, which I did and did again, all my superior knowledge failed, I'm not able to finish this particular game... but it's worth a try all the same... happy playing...
